1. Will I lose weight by eating your meals? Our meals are designed to help you achieve your nutrition goals, whether that’s losing weight or gaining muscle. For weight loss, a calorie deficit is key. Our low-calorie and high-protein options are excellent tools to support that goal, but you’ll still need to manage your overall intake and activity level. We believe our food makes it easier to stay on track without sacrificing flavor.

2. Why does the food taste dry? Our food is cooked with precision to prevent it from being dry. If you find your meal is a bit dry, it's likely a result of the reheating process. We recommend reducing the reheating time or using a lower temperature to ensure the best possible texture.

3. Can I pick up my order to save on delivery fees? Yes, you can! We offer free pickup for all orders. Our pickup location is at 3, Jalan USJ 16/2G, Subang Jaya, inside the baking supplies shop, Sugarbites Cake.

4. Can I customize an item? We understand that everyone's needs are different. If you have a specific request, please contact us directly. We’ll be happy to discuss if a custom order is possible.

5. How are your meals prepared to be both high in protein and low in calories? We achieve this balance by carefully selecting lean cuts of meat and fresh ingredients, and by using cooking methods that minimize added fats and oils. Our focus is on maximizing flavor through herbs and spices rather than unhealthy additives.

6. How long will the meals stay fresh? All of our meals can last up to one week in the fridge and up to six months in the freezer.

7. Are your meals suitable for people with allergies or dietary restrictions? All of our meals list their ingredients. If you have a specific allergy, please check the ingredient list carefully before ordering. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee our kitchen is completely free of allergens.

8. How do I place an order? You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your meals, choose your delivery or pickup option, and complete the checkout process.

9. What is your delivery radius and schedule? We deliver to Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and Ipoh. Please note that delivery fees for Penang, Johor, and Ipoh will be higher.
