We sell the food that fueled my own journey from 105 kg to 72 kg.

My belief is simple: any diet can work as long as the principle of CICO (Calories In, Calories Out) is strictly adhered to. What worked for me was having easy, ready access to a consistent lineup of high-protein meat dishes, high-volume side dishes, and low-calorie desserts. That is precisely what this shop provides. Having these meals readily available allowed me to track my calories easily while still offering the flexibility to enjoy other foods I love or eat out occasionally.

Our Menu Philosophy

The main goals when designing our menu were simple: to create food that tastes good, offers great macros, and is relatively affordable.

We strongly believe that aesthetics should take a backseat when it comes to food designed to help with diet goals. Most techniques involved in making food look aesthetically pleasing either add too much production cost, which we'd have to pass on to you, or require the addition of unnecessary fat and sugar.

There is no "magic" in the food we sell; it’s simply a matter of being strategic in choosing what to include or exclude during cooking.

The Strategic Difference

Take our tiramisu, for example. It is lower in calorie than the traditional version because, instead of using classic ladyfingers, we use a recipe closer to angel food cake. Ladyfingers are mostly sugar and egg yolks, whereas angel cake is primarily egg whites and some flour. For the cream, we strategically use a mix of egg whites and a reduced amount of sugar with the mascarpone, instead of relying heavily on high-fat egg yolks and excess sugar.

Of course, this means our low-calorie tiramisu will not taste as good as the traditional one. However, it is good enough to fully satisfy that craving and helps keep you full without pushing you over your calorie count.

Every worthwhile goal requires sacrifices. We just help make that sacrifice less painful so you can stick to your journey without quitting.
